Sal Procacci serves as the head tennis professional at Vineyards Country Club, where he brings a wealth of experience and passion to the tennis community. A former tour player, Sal competed at an elite level, gaining invaluable insights into the game that now shape his teaching philosophy. After transitioning from the professional circuit, he found a new chapter in Naples, Florida, where he balances his love for tennis with family life. Sal enjoys spending quality time with his wife and three children, embracing the vibrant Naples lifestyle. Whether coaching players on the court or enjoying the area's natural beauty with his family, Sal is committed to sharing his passion for tennis and fostering a positive, active community at Vineyards.

Alex Millet, originally from Barcelona, Spain, moved to the United States in 2007 to join the Emilio Sánchez Academy, where he coached young professionals. In 2011, he transitioned to PBI (Peter Burwash International) at Naples Grande, leading the adult program and serving as Director of the Junior Program. His work with PBI also took him to Hawaii, where he ran the adult tennis program at the Four Seasons Resort. In 2014, Alex joined Olde Cypress, working alongside Bill Beverly to manage adult clinics, leagues, private lessons, and junior programs. Alongside his coaching career, he founded Millet Tennis FL, LLC, a tennis court maintenance and resurfacing business, which has grown steadily since 2011. A USPTA-certified professional, Alex is a two-time national champion in the Men’s 35s and 40s divisions. In 2017, he was recognized as the USPTA Player of the Year in Florida for the Men’s 40s. He remains an active competitor and a key player in the Naples Tennis Pro League, bringing both passion and experience to every aspect of the game.

Andrew (Andy) is a certified USPTA Tennis and Pickleball coach with a strong passion for sports. He attended Northern Illinois University (NIU), where he competed on the Division I tennis team. In 2021, Andy successfully led his USTA women’s 2.5 and 3.0 teams to nationals. A lifelong fan of the Chicago Cubs and Bears, Andy spent most of his life in Chicago before relocating to Naples, Florida in June 2022. He currently brings his expertise and energy to Grandezza Tennis and Golf Resort, where he continues to inspire players of all levels.

Bryan Twente is originally from Southern California where he began playing tennis at the age 10. Bryan graduated high school and then played tennis for Clemson University. After graduating with a degree in business management Bryan moved to Naples, Florida to begin his professional tennis teaching career. Before joining Kensington Bryan was the Director of Courts Sports at Grey Oaks and most recently Greyhawk.Bryan is a certified tennis and pickleball professional with the USPTA and currently plays in tennis and pickleball events. Bryan is married to Kristie Twente and they have 5 children and 1 new grandson.In his spare time, Bryan is an aspiring musician who hosts open mic nights in the Naples area.

Gordon is a seasoned tennis competitor with decades of experience. From 1986 to 1990, he played #1 singles and doubles at Mercyhurst University (D-II) in Erie, PA, qualifying for the Division II Nationals all four years. In 2024, Gordon continues to excel in competitive tennis. He currently holds a US Men’s 55 National Doubles ranking of #6, a World Men’s 55 Doubles ranking in the top 15, and is ranked #1 in Canadian National Doubles. A highlight of his recent achievements includes winning two Gold Balls in singles and doubles at the 2022 National Grass Courts Championships.
Jose Pastrello, originally from São Paulo, Brazil, moved to the United States in 2001 on a tennis scholarship to attend college. After graduating in 2005, he became a prominent figure in the Southwest Florida tennis community. For the past six years, he has served as the Director of Sports at Quail Creek Country Club. In addition, he is a USPTA Master Professional and serves on the board of the USPTA Florida Division.

Jose Pastrello

Rafael Reyes was born México,  started playing when he was 7 years old. He was top national junior tennis player and played professionally as well. After his professional career he coached high junior players and professionals for 20 years all around the world. Rafael to this day plays tournaments and competes. He loves the beach, training, traveling, learning and above all he loves his daughter.

Born in Madrid, Spain, Rodri has a rich tennis background, playing on the ITF Futures and ATP Challenger circuits. From 2018-2021, Rodri was the No. 1 singles and doubles seed, as well as the captain of the Mars Hill University tennis team. He transitioned into coaching as the Men’s & Women’s Assistant Coach at Mars Hill while pursuing his MBA from 2021-2022. Following that, he spent 2022-2023 as a Junior Coach and ITF/USTA Tournament Assistant Director at the Emilio Sanchez Academy. Currently, Rodri balances his passion for tennis as a hitting partner, alongside his career in healthcare.
